Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Superior attention to detail, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills, partnering with leaders and teams to drive priorities.
  • Experience managing complex travel arrangements and coordinating multi-team events.
  • Proficient in administrative tools such as G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, and other collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent time-management, multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and make decisions in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executives to manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and make informed scheduling decisions.
  • Independently execute decisions on behalf of executives while exercising discretion and judgment.
  • Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including logistics, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Organize and facilitate virtual, in-person, and hybrid meetings, leadership summits, and team-building events.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, agendas, and take minutes or action items as required.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, their direct reports, and internal administrative partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with peer Executive Business Partners to align priorities and support organizational objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business to anticipate needs and contribute to strategic initiatives.
