About The Position

As an Executive Business Partner, you will support senior executives by managing complex calendars, travel, and priorities, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives across the business. You will act as a strategic liaison between executives and their teams, coordinating meetings, events, and communications while anticipating needs and providing solutions independently. The position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration across global teams, with opportunities to influence business strategy and contribute to organizational efficiency. Your work will directly enable executive productivity and drive initiatives forward in a remote-first, inclusive environment. This role requires discretion, adaptability, and the ability to balance multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Superior attention to detail, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel and planning events or summits.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency with administrative and collaboration tools such as G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, etc.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • experience in high-tech or global organizations, contract management, procurement, or T&E expense management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to think strategically while adapting to change.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executives to manage complex calendars, prioritize requests, and make decisions on their behalf when needed.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and logistics.
  • Plan, prepare, and facilitate meetings, presentations, agendas, and leadership summits, ensuring smooth execution of events.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and their teams, building strong relationships to advance priorities and address challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other Executive Business Partners to align efforts and support organizational goals.
  • Draft communications, take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure follow-up on commitments.
  • Continuously develop understanding of the business to provide informed support and guidance.
