About The Position

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to Chief Legal Officer and Chief People Officer. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of company operations and administrative processes. The Executive Business Partner manages complex calendars, prepares reports and presentation materials, and serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The position requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence.
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities with limited guidance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience providing administrative support, with at least 2 years supporting senior leadership preferred.
  • Familiarity with corporate administrative practices and organizational protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to assigned executives, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, and expense processing.
  • Prepare presentation materials and reports for internal meetings and leadership briefings.
  • Coordinate logistics for department-wide or cross-functional events and meetings.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and internal communications.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and internal teams or external partners, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as invoice tracking, purchase orders, and records management.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to administrative workflows and systems.
