About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Business Administrator to provide support to the VP of AI Delivery in the Integrated Planning & Execution Org, within CO+I We are looking for a highly capable, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and approaches challenges with confidence, discretion, and a calm sense of urgency. You bring solid judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining close alignment with senior leaders and key stakeholders. You are detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through consistently. You communicate clearly and professionally in a global environment, handle confidential information with integrity, and proactively remove barriers to enable leadership and team success. A successful candidate demonstrates experience in driving and executing plans, prioritizing competing demands, and collaborating effectively across disciplines in a dynamic organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
  • 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
