Global Channel Sales (GCS) is a dynamic, high‑impact organization focused on driving Small, Medium, Enterprise & Channel (SME&C) growth and market share across AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security by capturing total addressable market (TAM) and accelerating cloud growth at scale through our Channel partners. Our approach is grounded in Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) acceleration, co-sell execution, and performance accountability. We deliver our revenue and growth commitments by aligning execution with measurable impact, fostering partner transformation, and enabling scalable, outcome-driven growth through partners. To support this mission, GCS is hiring an Executive Business Administrator (EBA) to support our Corporate Vice President (CVP). This role requires exceptional executive maturity, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to navigate a fast‑paced, highly visible environment. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with the GCS Chief of Staff, the GCPS leadership team, partner executives, and across Microsoft and must be an expert as building mutually beneficial trust-based relationships to effectively scale. This role will deliver best‑in-class calendar stewardship, executive engagement support, cross‑organizational communication, travel management, resource oversight, and high‑value contributions to the GCS Rhythm of Business (ROB).
