If you thrive in a fast-paced, highly visible environment—and love bringing clarity, momentum, and connection to complex creative work—this role is for you! Xbox Design is looking for an Executive Business Administrator to support a CVP of Design, helping them stay focused on what matters most, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and move design priorities forward with confidence. You’ll be a trusted partner to the CVP of Design—anticipating needs, navigating shifting priorities with thoughtful judgment, and helping create a operating rhythm across a dynamic and creative organization. From supporting design leadership engagements to coordinating across product, engineering, and partner teams, you’ll play a key role in keeping the organization running smoothly and effectively. If you’re proactive, highly organized, people-first, and energized by enabling creative teams to do quality work, this role could be a fit. The candidate brings a positive, can-do mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. You enjoy building relationships across diverse partners—from designers and researchers to engineers and senior leaders—and are comfortable operating in ambiguity while driving clarity and structure. You’ll have a meaningful impact by creating the space for design leadership and teams to focus on delivering world-class, player-centered experiences. Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Within Xbox, we channel that mission into creating engaging, inclusive experiences that bring joy and connection to players around the world. As employees, we embrace a growth mindset, push creative boundaries, and collaborate deeply to bring innovative ideas to life. Each day, we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to foster a culture where everyone can thrive—at work and beyond.
