About The Position

Join the Aon Executive benefits team and develop meaningful relationships with clients and plan participants through administration of their supplemental benefit program. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Atlanta, GA offices. Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of corporate experience, preferably in the Financial Services or Benefits Industry
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn intermediate concepts in a short time frame
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage projects through completion
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively in person and in writing
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, to react rapidly and concisely to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary service to Aon clients by consulting on plan design and managing administration services.
  • Managing annual plan enrollments, including email campaigns
  • Providing accurate deliverables in a timely manner
  • Communicating benefits to plan participants and providing participant-level services
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Identify and implement ideas for improvement across the line of business and the department
