In our high-velocity sales organization, priorities shift in real-time; you won't just react to change—you’ll anticipate it. You are the "force multiplier" who manages the complex choreography of calendars, high-stakes presentations, and client engagements. Your role is essential to building an environment where our sales teams can focus on growth while you ensure the operational foundation is rock-solid. Strategic Calendar Management: Proactively managing complex schedules and prioritizing requests to ensure leadership time is spent on high-impact activities. Travel & Logistics: Orchestrating seamless domestic and international travel, often involving multi-city tours and client site visits. Culture & Connection: Planning high-energy sales kick-offs, off-sites, or team-building events that drive morale and alignment. Information Gatekeeping: Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with absolute discretion. Process Innovation: Identifying bottlenecks in current workflows and implementing new systems to increase the team’s overall "speed to market." What we’re looking for...
