The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high‑level executive, administrative, and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Director of Human Resources, ensuring the effective execution of leadership priorities, people initiatives, and organizational operations. This role is critical to maintaining confidentiality, alignment, and forward momentum across Executive, HR, and Safety functions, as well as broader strategic initiatives. As a trusted partner to executive leadership, the EA manages complex schedules, communications, meetings, and deliverables while anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues. Through professional engagement with internal teams and external partners, the EA supports TRICO’s mission to Build Beyond the Building by strengthening coordination, enhancing communication, and enabling leaders to operate at their highest level.
