Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet. In this role, you will be supporting 3 GTM Leaders in North America. You will interface and collaborate with different departments globally and work closely with other members of our highly professional and dynamic Executive Support Team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be based in New York and get insight into the day-to-day business of key company Executives and Senior Managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for your own projects and drive them independently. You are a highly detailed individual with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an SVP or VP, ideally in a fast-growing IT Company, Consulting Industry or Banking.
  • Experience working in a tech-driven environment - ideally previous experience supporting Sales Leaders and Teams
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
  • Perfect command in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable providing structure within an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks, high flexibility and experience working under pressure with different time zones
  • Very good ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Reliable, discrete and service oriented personality
  • High level of integrity and business ethics
  • Strong team player

Responsibilities

  • Google Calendaring, expense report and travel management
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including attendee management, material preparation, room set-up and issue resolution
  • Assist in creation and editing of documents and presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
  • Lead the organization of internal events (e.g., Global Leadership Meetings, Team Events)
  • Provide support during Customer or Executive meetings in the Raleigh office
  • Ad hoc projects and much more!
