About The Position

Cummins Worldwide is hiring an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as the trusted extension and right hand of Mrs. Victoria Cummins. An Executive Assistant serves as an executive's trusted extension, ensuring that communication, priorities, projects, people, and logistics move efficiently and effectively. This is not a traditional Personal Assistant position. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, resourceful professional who enjoys leading communication, coordinating people, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring commitments are carried through to completion. The successful candidate will become a trusted partner, helping protect the Principal's time while creating order, efficiency, and follow-through across both personal and professional responsibilities. Your Mission To serve as the Principal's trusted extension by coordinating communication, schedules, travel, projects, people, and operational priorities. This role exists to protect the Principal's time and attention by ensuring appointments, travel, meetings, events, communications, and projects are organized, coordinated, and successfully executed, allowing the Principal to focus on high-value responsibilities and achieving meaningful results.

Requirements

  • Fluent English required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in executive support, executive communications, project coordination, operations, hospitality, lifestyle management, or similar high-trust roles.
  • Experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, or high-level professionals preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook Calendar, scheduling systems, and organizational software.
  • Experience coordinating travel, events, communication, logistics, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Principal's calendar, appointments, meetings, consultations, and scheduling priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and travel logistics.
  • Serve as the primary communication point between the Principal and executives, business leaders, vendors, household staff, contractors, and service providers.
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, events, consultations, and special projects from planning through completion.
  • Lead communication cycles and ensure assignments, commitments, and projects are followed through until successfully completed.
  • Be available for domestic and international travel as required.
