This role demands exceptional time management, strategic prioritization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support the Go-to Market executives, while also contributing to team culture, actively supporting P&C programs and event coordination. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of administrative excellence looking to take on new responsibilities and grow their career. As a dedicated Executive Assistant, you will perform administrative support for multiple members of the Executive Management Group (EMG), depending on Executive level and team structure. You will also ensure day-to-day activities are coordinated and EMG members are prepared for responsibilities. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position will be based in San Antonio, TX. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
