About The Position

Dorsia is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide one-on-one support to our CEO. This role is designed to create leverage by building systems, agents, and dashboards that optimize the CEO's time. The ideal candidate will own the calendar, inbox, and information flow, with a focus on automation rather than manual processing. This individual should anticipate needs, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and be mission-focused and results-driven. The role requires understanding the business's rhythm, managing the calendar strategically, and maintaining absolute discretion with sensitive information. Experience supporting C-suite executives in a tech-forward environment and utilizing AI for task management is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 4+ years supporting C-level executives, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
  • Track record of owning a complex executive calendar and making judgment calls on access, priority, and trade-offs without oversight.
  • A builder's mindset towards AI, with hands-on experience deploying agents and automation across inbox, scheduling, and reporting workflows.
  • Experience preparing executive briefings and managing complex international travel end to end.
  • Comfort reviewing financial and legal documents closely enough to catch what is missing and know what to escalate.
  • Demonstrated ability to build lightweight tools and dashboards without waiting on engineering support.
  • Fluency across Google Workspace and modern collaboration tooling.
  • Superior judgment and absolute discretion, with a history of handling confidential material at the executive level.
  • Proactive by default, comfortable juggling competing priorities and moving between the smallest detail and the biggest picture.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Slack, Notion, and current AI platforms.
  • Genuine love of the hospitality industry.
  • Relationships in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own the CEO's calendar end to end, structuring each week around business priorities.
  • Map the calendar against the seasonal rhythm of the business, anticipating peak periods and protecting capacity.
  • Communicate the CEO's availability, travel, and focus areas to the leadership team.
  • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for the CEO's time, weighing trade-offs across meetings, requests, and inbound opportunities.
  • Anticipate needs with minimal direction, arriving with context, materials, and recommended decisions prepared.
  • Build and deploy AI agents to triage the CEO's inbox, surface important items, and draft responses.
  • Design dashboards for a live view of priorities, commitments, and follow-ups.
  • Automate recurring tasks such as scheduling, travel, briefing preparation, and follow-up.
  • Prototype and iterate on internal tools to extend the CEO's reach.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI tooling into the CEO's office operations.
  • Manage, route, and prioritize inbound communication, composing correspondence on behalf of the CEO with confidentiality.
  • Prepare briefing materials for meetings to provide necessary context.
  • Serve as a liaison for team leads, board members, investors, and external partners.
  • Track commitments made in meetings through to closure across departments.
  • Review financial and legal documents before CEO sign-off, flagging discrepancies or missing terms.
  • Arrange travel end to end, including itineraries, agendas, and necessary documents.
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, offsites, and executive gatherings.
  • Support projects across the CEO's wider portfolio, including outside investments and personal commitments.
