Provides high-level administrative support to Executive Team Members, leads projects and coordinates events that support Plexus' long-term goals. Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and facilitates executive level events.
  • Creates content for events including presentation materials and agendas as well as managing event logistics.
  • Provides executive-level professional communication, including providing constructive feedback on drafted communications, in verbal and written form to many audiences as a direct representative of the Executive Team member. Communications represent the values and quality of the organization and leader.
  • Consolidate data and information for Executive use.
  • Review and compile financial, customer and organizational performance data and develop content to be used in presentations, reports and executive level communications.
  • Organizes the Executive Team Member's activities and provides routine administrative services to ensure operations flow smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Anticipates the needs of the Executive and thinks ahead to provide support that keeps them focused on meeting company goals.
  • Creates and maintains standard work in best practices, and is continuously improving processes to ensure excellent executive support.
