Requirements

  • Business Administration Degree with a minimum five (5) years’ experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with a variety of computer software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Diligent and PowerPoint).
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and some weekends and manage multiple tasks and demands.
  • Occasional travel required (for permanent candidate).
  • Candidates must be able to furnish proof that they are authorized to work in the country they are applying on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks for the CEO, President, other Executive staff and Board members.
  • Heavy meeting and calendar management to ensure there are no conflicts.
  • Organize domestic and international travel, develop detailed itineraries, and ensure passport and Visa documents are accurate/up to date.
  • Liaise with executive management team to coordinate meetings, agendas, and conference calls.
  • Prepare and/or approve expense reports.
  • Produce monthly business reports.
  • Manage deadlines on various Action Items.
  • Coordinate all details of international visitors including providing appropriate documentation, creating detailed travel itineraries, preparing meeting agendas, booking domestic travel, coordinating meetings/induction programs, and securing appropriate paperwork from Health Assurance for requested farm visits.
  • Work independently and within a team on special projects, which may include planning and coordinating special meetings, organizing company-wide events, and organizing Global Meetings (research hotels, venues, vendors, ground transportation options, etc.).
  • Maintain all confidential information.
