About The Position

At Bose, Engineering is central to how we deliver differentiated experiences and scale our impact as a technology-driven company. This role is part of the Office of the Chief of Staff (OCOS) within Global R&D, a team focused on driving operational excellence, transformation and leadership alignment, across Engineering. Executive Assistants are a critical extension of this model—supporting leaders while helping reinforce a more connected organization. This position reports to the Engineering Chief of Staff. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Vice President of Engineering and their leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—serving as a force multiplier for the VP and a key connector across teams.
