Nscale is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and drive focus, coordination, and execution across a fast-moving Go-To-Market and Sales agenda. This high-impact role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful individual. You will work closely with the CRO, partnering across the Go-To-Market function, the CRO’s direct reports, and internal stakeholders including Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and other executive teams. You will also engage with external stakeholders such as customers, partners, investors, and board members. Success in this role requires acting as a true partner, anticipating needs, handling confidential matters with discretion, and creating structure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your work will enable the CRO to operate effectively across competing priorities, strengthening communication, planning, and execution across critical Go-To-Market and revenue leadership activities.
