The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to leadership by managing complex calendars, coordinating projects and events, and facilitating effective communication across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills to prioritize requests, prepare detailed communications, and handle confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, supports financial and business data management, and contributes to continuous process improvements. This position demands professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs while upholding company values and standards. The team plays a key role in supporting the enablement and execution of the Walmart US store strategy. Requirements

  • Proven expertise in calendar management and administrative support for senior leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and business-related events efficiently.
  • Experience managing confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Skilled in compiling, forecasting, and reconciling financial and business data.
  • Capacity to build effective relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule projects, events, and meetings with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient use of resources and timelines.
  • Manage complex calendars for leadership and teams, prioritizing appointments and anticipating preparation needs.
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of leadership, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Compile, forecast, and reconcile financial and business data, creating reports and monitoring for discrepancies.
  • Serve as a liaison for associates and guests, providing solutions and escalating issues as needed.
  • Mentor and guide other assistants, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support business processes by building relationships and identifying improvement opportunities.
