The Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer provides senior-level, confidential support to the CFO and serves as a key coordination point across the enterprise, working closely with the CEO’s office, senior executive leadership, Presidents, SVPs, Finance leadership, regional teams, and cross-functional partners. The role ensures the CFO office operates with discipline, responsiveness, and discretion while managing executive priorities, complex calendars, board and Finance leadership materials, communications, travel, and critical follow-through. Serving as a proactive and trusted partner to the CFO, this position anticipates needs, identifies priorities, removes friction, and helps drive timely execution across sensitive financial, strategic, personnel, acquisition, audit, tax, treasury, board, and executive leadership matters. The Executive Assistant protects the CFO’s time, manages competing demands with sound judgment, and represents the CFO office with professionalism and executive presence.
