About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant (EA) who can effectively manage and defend the calendar, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to perform basic tasks in PowerPoint and Excel and have a strong understanding of the business to help prioritize meetings effectively. Additionally, we are looking for someone who can provide leadership and guidance to the Finance Team on a consistent basis. Most importantly, the candidate must excel in foundational EA skills, high level of discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities with grace and efficiency. This role will be in office 5 days a week.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Leadership experience or the ability to guide and support a team.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and anticipate scheduling conflicts with a proactive approach.
  • Proven experience coordinating detailed domestic and international travel itineraries and handling related expense reports.

  • Knowledge of the finance industry or relevant business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and defend the calendar, ensuring that meetings and appointments are prioritized and scheduled appropriately.
  • Oversee end-to-end travel management: including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for the CFO and Investor Relations team to support critical stakeholder meetings and roadshows.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics and scheduling for quarterly earnings calls, including managing executive calendars, organizing cross-functional prep sessions, and compiling briefing materials for the CFO and Investor Relations team.
  • Perform basic tasks in PowerPoint and Excel, including creating presentations and managing spreadsheets.
  • Utilize business knowledge to help prioritize meetings and ensure that the most critical issues are addressed promptly.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Finance Team, helping to steer and lead the team effectively.
  • Demonstrate mastery of essential EA skills, including organization, communication, and time management.
