We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level support to the Senior Vice President of Trimble’s AECO segment and other executive leaders in our AECO business group. This role requires an individual who can exercise a high degree of independent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, a skilled communicator, and an expert in managing complex, competing priorities, using independent discretion. This is a crucial role that serves as a key liaison for multiple executive leaders, representing them with internal and external stakeholders on matters of significant importance.

  • Strategic Calendar & Schedule Management: Proactively manage and optimize the daily schedules, calendars, and travel itineraries for executives, balancing competing priorities and making independent decisions to allocate time to meet critical business needs. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and independently resolve them, often requiring communication with senior leadership, customers, and board members.
  • Confidential Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, expertly fielding and resolving inquiries from internal teams, high-profile customers, and business partners. Draft and prepare confidential correspondence, reports and presentations with a high level of accuracy and discretion. Represent executives in communications, meetings, and project discussions, relaying information and making decisions on their behalf as delegated.
  • Project & Task Management: Independently manage and execute special projects, from inception to completion, which may involve research, data analysis, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Track project progress and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Business Operations Support: Coordinate and organize high-stakes business meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and materials, and ensuring all parties are aligned and prepared. Manage and submit expense reports, and reconcile financial data for executives. Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion, particularly related to strategic initiatives and transactions. Provide notary services as needed.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, independent judgment, and a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload with precision and efficiency.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other business software.
  • Hold an active Notary Public commission in Colorado or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire. (Trimble will cover the expense.)
  • Experience in a corporate, legal, or finance environment is highly preferred.
