About The Position

Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director and multidisciplinary Treatment Team at our Residential Treatment Program in Springville, UT for adolescent girls ages 12-17 . The Executive Assistant will serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing administrative support and facilitate lasting positive change for adolescents and their families.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, confident in speaking with cross-functional staff, leadership, and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail, comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Ability to quickly learn new computer programs and internet applications
  • Ability to develop efficient processes
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Willingness to collaborate and be apart of an empathetic team that is striving to create joy and heal generations!

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support delegated from the Executive Director and Treatment Team
  • Engage in constant communication with Executive Director and residential team, looking to provide support wherever needed.
  • Assist with marketing materials and strategic planning as assigned
  • Responsible for responding to delegated calls and emails. Occasionally providing information to families and referral sources about our services.
  • Participate in leadership meetings as necessary.
  • Assist in the facilitation of program events.
  • Coordinate and facilitate family and referral partner tours as necessary.
  • Help collaborate with the residential team on admissions processes.
  • Coordinate and distribute student and family outcome data.
