About The Position

We are looking for a highly capable, driven Executive Assistant to support our CEO, while also working closely with the COO and Co-Founder. This is a high-impact role at the centre of a fast-growing fintech business, offering close exposure to senior leadership, investors, and strategic decision-making. This is not a traditional EA role focused solely on diary management and travel. We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn, eager to take ownership, and motivated by variety. The role offers broad exposure across the business and will suit someone who is curious about how companies operate and grow, and who enjoys being involved in a wide range of initiatives beyond core executive support. You will be trusted with sensitive information, relied upon in high-pressure situations, and expected to operate with discretion, resilience, and sound judgment in an intense, fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Exceptionally trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information
  • Highly resilient, calm under pressure, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to interact professionally with senior stakeholders, investors, and external partners
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking on responsibilities beyond a traditional EA remit
  • A genuine interest in business and how organisations operate behind the scenes

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage complex diaries, meetings, and priorities for the CEO, with additional support to the COO and Co-Founder
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics (often at short notice)
  • Act as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and agendas ahead of key meetings
  • Support Board and committee processes, including agenda planning, paper collation, and follow-ups
  • Assist with investor-related activity, including meeting coordination, pitch preparation, and data room management
  • Provide administrative and coordination support on legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects across the business, working closely with leadership on priority initiatives
  • Anticipate issues before they arise and solve problems independently
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Help bring structure and organisation to a rapidly evolving startup environment

Benefits

  • A performance-based employee bonus scheme.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a day off on your birthday, and an additional day per year of tenure to a maximum of 30.
  • Critical illness and life insurance cover.
  • AXA PPP Health Insurance, including gym offers.
  • Cycle-to-work scheme.
  • Referral bonus scheme.
  • Workplace nursery scheme
