About the Role The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and the broader function within the firm’s investment platform. The COO function encompasses a broad cross-section of initiatives and functions that cut across the platform including Business Management, Corporate Access and Research Services, Stewardship & Proxy Voting, Business Intelligence and Enablement. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and excellent attention to detail along with outstanding service-orientation, mature judgment, and diplomacy. They will be a team player with a strong work ethic and the capacity to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
