Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education with four to five (4-5) years of business-related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions professionally.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data and always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • English language fluency, verbal and written.
  • Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily provides administrative support to an Executive Partner(s) on tasks as requested.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and business functions, ensuring that facilities, services, and budgets are managed efficiently.
  • Manage assigned social media platforms, including posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
  • Handle multi-channel communications such as email, phone, and social media to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines, ensuring that urgent issues are addressed promptly, and operations run smoothly.
  • Proactively identify and resolve administrative challenges ("puts out fires") to keep business processes on track.
  • Prepare and test business leads before meetings with management.
  • Assist with reviewing and understanding real estate contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Support in the administrative and marketing tasks surrounding real estate transactions, such as organizing documents, coordinating contract finalization and coordinating advertisements/promotional content.
  • Work with financial data and calculation models to assist with real estate transactions and reports.
  • Establish and maintain files of correspondence, reports, contracts and other documents of a highly technical nature, uses sound judgment in handling information and material of a confidential nature.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, management, and other individuals inside and outside the company, exhibits a professional and courteous manner in dealing with others, and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
