Executive Assistant

Morpho•New York, NY

About The Position

Morpho is hiring an Executive Assistant to support its Head of GTM and the wider GTM leadership team, whose work spans multiple time zones. The role owns the Head of GTM’s calendar, travel, logistics, and follow-ups, while keeping GTM leaders prepared and unblocked so they can focus on their highest-priority work. The assistant will also deliver special projects and initiatives for the Head of GTM, exercising autonomy, sound judgment, discretion, and attention to detail. Success in the first 30 days means earning the team’s trust, learning working styles and priorities, and taking over day-to-day scheduling, travel, and logistics with minimal guidance. Within three months, the assistant is expected to anticipate needs, resolve problems independently, manage complex scheduling and competing priorities, and improve workflows. Within six months, the assistant should be a force multiplier for the Head of GTM and a trusted partner to the wider team, owning projects beyond traditional executive-assistant responsibilities and raising execution standards across the organization.
