The Executive Assistant supports the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Development Officer by performing an array of administrative duties with latitude for exercising discretion and judgment. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations. Arrange for and schedule appointments, including interviewing callers and making proper referrals; prepare material and plan for meetings as required. Perform research-based tasks requested by the executives. Maintain organizational charts and other materials; keep the executive informed of changes. Additionally, this position assists the Human Resources Department as requested. This position requires reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. These responsibilities are carried out under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer. This position requires a flexible schedule that may include working nights, weekends, and holidays.
