Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing schedules, tasks, and deadlines across multiple professionals.
• A responsive, service-oriented approach, with a commitment to acknowledging requests promptly and driving them through completion.
• Persistence and sound judgment when following up on unresolved items.
• Experience supporting high-performing professionals in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• A professional, approachable demeanor and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook; video-conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex; and travel and benefits systems such as Concur and Workday.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience at an investment firm, including a multi-strategy hedge fund, is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support a dedicated investment team of approximately 5–10 professionals with daily administrative and operational workflows.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule calls, and coordinate meetings across multiple professionals.
• Arrange travel and process expense reports accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate ad hoc projects and requests, ensuring timely execution and clear follow-through.
• Track tasks, deadlines, and outstanding items to ensure requests are completed and details are not overlooked.
• Provide reliable support during core working hours, typically 7:30–8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
