Acting as a trusted partner, this individual will leverage strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills to seamlessly connect with staff, senior leaders, and external partners, driving efficiency and productivity for the executive. In this role, you’ll bring exceptional organizational and communication abilities, along with a collaborative mindset, to manage a wide range of responsibilities including complex calendaring, meeting planning and coordination, travel arrangements, and spearheading employee engagement initiatives.
