About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role supports a broad range of office operations, security coordination activities, travel processes, reporting workflows, and leadership communications that enable mission execution across teams and stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys serving as a trusted partner to leadership while helping teams operate efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of executive assistant or administrative support experience in a secure government environment
  • Experience supporting senior leadership
  • Working knowledge of security coordination processes and administrative mission workflows
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-tempo operational environment
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Access (TS/SCI)

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or higher in business administration, communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate leadership calendars, meetings, taskings, and correspondence
  • Coordinate official travel and related documentation in accordance with government requirements
  • Maintain office procedures, records management systems, and administrative tracking workflows
  • Collect and prepare recurring activity reports and leadership updates
  • Facilitate communication and information sharing across supported teams and stakeholder groups
