NscaleSeattle, WA

About The Position

Nscale is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and drive focus, coordination, and execution across a fast-moving Go-To-Market and Sales agenda. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a rapidly growing company, suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CRO, partnering across the Go-To-Market function, the CRO’s direct reports, and internal stakeholders including Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and other executive teams. Engagement with external stakeholders such as customers, partners, investors, and board members will also be a key part of the role, ensuring high-stakes interactions run smoothly. Success in this role requires acting as a true partner—anticipating needs, handling confidential matters with discretion, and creating structure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The work will enable the CRO to operate effectively across competing priorities, while strengthening communication, planning, and execution across critical Go-To-Market and revenue leadership activities.

  • Absolute discretion in handling sensitive financial, corporate, and personnel information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft polished correspondence independently
  • Executive presence and confidence when interacting with board members, investors, and senior leaders
  • Outstanding attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and a high degree of personal accountability
