REDLattice is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to members of our executive leadership team. This role will serve as a trusted partner in managing day-to-day priorities, coordinating schedules and meetings, facilitating communication, and supporting executive and company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Proven experience in an office management, administrative support, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of facility operations and vendor coordination is preferred.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Adaptable to changing environments and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients, answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming mail, and handle general inquiries.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Assist with internal and external communications, including memos, emails, and meeting agendas.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for guests, clients, and team members.
  • Provide scheduling support to employees and leadership, including managing calendars, booking meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with planning and executing company events, including conferences, team meetings, and employee activities.
  • Support office facility operations, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and office supply management.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist with physical security and access control for the office.
