The Amazon Customer Service organization seeks an exceptional Executive Assistant to support two Directors in Seattle. This role demands attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing priorities across multiple teams. You'll be an experienced planner and coordinator who responds effectively and efficiently. Key requirements include understanding business priorities, proactively anticipating needs, driving improvements for geographically dispersed teams, and maintaining strict confidentiality and data privacy. You must complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency, and take effective action independently. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, tracking key deliverables, coordinating travel and expenses, organizing team activities and events, coordinating meeting agendas, space planning, and ad hoc project coordination. This role requires five (5) days per week in office. A day in the life Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic coordination and proactive problem-solving. You'll manage intricate calendars, orchestrate cross-functional communication, and ensure our leadership team operates with maximum efficiency. From coordinating international travel to preparing comprehensive meeting agendas, you'll be the behind-the-scenes catalyst that keeps our organization running smoothly.
