About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support multiple executives. This role is crucial, requiring a strong focus and execution in managing complex calendar scheduling, prioritizing tasks amidst a flood of information, and acting as a proxy for the VP when necessary. The Executive Assistant will handle travel arrangements, manage expenses, and oversee all administrative functions for the office. The position requires managing multiple tasks and action items, ensuring timely action on deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, senior VPs, or CEOs).
  • Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to make smart and timely decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice and react with appropriate levels of urgency.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance.
  • Experience with international travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Monitor and track the Vice President's meetings, priorities, and emails, acting as a proxy when necessary.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including international travel, and manage expenses.
  • Oversee all administrative support functions for the office.
  • Manage multiple tasks and action items, ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables.
  • Maintain high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
