About The Position

The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic operational partner to the CEO, COO, CFO, and Head of Investor Relations, enabling the senior leadership team and Board to operate with maximum efficiency, precision, and focus. The role ensures that executive time, communications, logistics, governance, and corporate processes are flawlessly coordinated, so leadership can prioritize decision-making, investor engagement, and business growth. By managing complex scheduling, board and investor activities, global office and farm operations, and critical administrative platforms, the Executive Assistant creates structure, continuity, and professionalism across the organization, supporting a high-performance, well-governed, and employee-centric corporate environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, corporate, financial, or public-company environment.
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite leaders and working with Boards of Directors and investor-facing teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and diplomatic approach.
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and integrity.
  • Experience managing travel, expenses, calendars, and corporate systems at scale.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and with global teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and corporate expense/travel platforms.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and operate independently in a high-expectation executive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, COO, CFO, and Head of Investor Relations, ensuring seamless execution of executive priorities.
  • Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars, travel, and logistics with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and time optimization.
  • Coordinate Board of Directors for activities, including meeting scheduling, preparation of materials, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
  • Support quarterly close and earnings processes by organizing documentation, coordinating schedules, and assisting with earnings calls and investor meetings.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and investor-related activities.
  • Administer expense, travel, and corporate systems to ensure compliance, transparency, and process efficiency.
  • Partner with HR to oversee office and farm operations globally, supporting employee experience, workplace wellness, and operational continuity.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and office/farm service providers.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between senior leadership, employees, investors, and external stakeholders.
