As an Executive Assistant with Bezos Academy, you bring both heart and intellect to your work. In this position, you will support executive leaders of up to four departments, helping them stay focused on strategic priorities by ensuring details, logistics, and day-to-day operations run smoothly. Your contributions will be vital to our success. Bezos Academy operates a national network of tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced communities while also developing tools, technology, and resources that reach beyond our classrooms—work guided by what children and families need most. You are comfortable with routine administrative responsibilities, taking on new assignments, and working with employees at all levels within the organization. In this position, standard tasks include managing executive calendars across multiple time zones, coordinating travel with care and accuracy, filing expense reports, preparing documents, and organizing meetings and events. You’ll also take ownership of projects that keep our teams running strong, sustain our mission, and help create a welcoming office environment. When requested, you will research and deliver thoughtful solutions, while exercising sound business judgment and discretion. You’ll be a trusted partner who anticipates needs, thinks ahead, welcomes complexity, prioritizes quickly, and takes initiative.
