The Role As our Executive Assistant , you’ll be a cornerstone of our leadership team’s productivity and organization. With 5+ years of experience, you’ll bring exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and a proactive mindset to manage schedules, communications, and special projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and travel.
- Prepare executive-level materials, including presentations and reports.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate the needs of the leadership team, handling priorities with discretion.
- Coordinate special projects and track key deliverables to completion.
