About The Position

As our Executive Assistant, you will manage a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office, proficiently handling confidential and time-sensitive materials. Every day you will prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. You will efficiently organize and prioritize tasks, providing essential support to ensure smooth office operations, and may direct and lead the work of others. To be successful in this role, you will possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional discretion with confidential information, and the ability to effectively manage administrative tasks independently, while potentially guiding colleagues. Must be able to handle administrative duties with discretion and protect operations by keeping information confidential. The calendar of the leader, scheduling appointments and meetings as appropriate with good judgment pertaining to required time-frames, necessary participants, and meeting details such as notification of time, date, and location, and ensures all appointments are brought to the attention of the leader. Personal judgment is used to set priorities for all assignments and projects, ensuring they are completed within requested or negotiated frames. Takes minutes and composes correspondence when applicable, both on own initiative and as requested. Performs word processing, accurately and efficiently typing memos, minutes, forms, and other miscellaneous items from dictation, written instructions, or own initiative. Makes suggestions and utilizes creative thinking and acquired knowledge to assist in assessing situations and improving administrative action or decision-making. Ideal candidate will have experience at a large company as an EA supporting multiple executives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Three (3) years related experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
  • Excellent record keeping skills
