Drive executive level administrative services for senior management and leadership in a region, business unit, or project. This role provides professional customer service and positive interactions, serving as the primary point of contact for all correspondence with senior management and leadership. The Executive Assistant will maintain appropriate confidentiality, communicate necessary information to preserve security, and escalate concerns as needed. This position involves forecasting, planning, and managing senior management's calendars, including arranging meeting agendas, events, and logistics while balancing business priorities. The role requires keeping informed of business operations, serving as a confidant to support leadership's decision-making, and applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to daily activities. The Executive Assistant will also participate in executive meetings to record and manage follow-up items, prepare executive summaries, reports, and presentations, and manage daily executive activities including travel arrangements and itineraries. Collaboration with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) teams for safety-related matters and proactive participation in business unit initiatives are also key aspects of this role. The Executive Assistant will establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the role, embrace company culture, values, and DE&I activities, and serve as a champion for the Administrative Services (AS) team in designated locations. Additionally, this role may serve as a Development Partner (DP) for employees within the job family.
