We are looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant to help support the Network Management team in the North. This role will be based out of our corporate offices in West Hills, CA. The Executive Assistant will provide coordination of administrative functions for the Executive and associated department staff, create forms and documentation, handle telephone calls, manage incoming mail, coordinate meeting scheduling, provide assistance in support of asset management, manage the order of supplies, coordinate meetings and events, foster a customer satisfaction focused service mentality, support and coordinate services from external vendors, provide administrative support for projects, perform copy and fax functions, attend meetings, act as back up support, create and/or maintain filing systems, adhere to all company policies, provide administrative support for training sessions, maintain confidences, handle expense reporting and tracking of payments, create reports and present documentation. This is a full-time position.
