Join a firm where your career can make a difference. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant in our Montreal office with strong technical abilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative, and project support to our team and be responsible for managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative experience with strong technical capabilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable interacting with leaders and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong autonomy, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a results-driven environment.
  • Comfortable with technology and a strong interest in continuous learning and adopting new tools, including artificial intelligence (AI).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders nationally in our English speaking provinces while at KPMG.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic administrative support to senior leadership, including proactive and autonomous calendar management, coordination of strategic meetings, and travel planning.
  • Contribute to the continuity of strategic actions as well as the planning and implementation of various projects by following up on decisions, timelines, and deliverables, including meeting preparation.
  • Act as a point of contact for leaders, clients, and internal and external stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring a high-quality professional service experience.
  • Support the planning and execution of firm initiatives, events, and special projects, including ad hoc assignments as needed.
  • Prepare, review, and proofread a wide range of documents, including correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with KPMG brand and risk management standards.
  • Track and support the planning of fundraising campaigns co-chaired by the Managing Partner.
  • Review and distribute organizational communications.
  • Ensure the timely processing and approval of invoices and expense reports.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
