About The Position

Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant (EA) plays a crucial role in supporting the success of the firm through exceptional organization, planning, and communication. This is an opportunity for an experienced, highly skilled EA to contribute to a high-impact firm that values innovation, efficiency, and adaptability. This role is responsible for enabling the Senior Leader's effectiveness by optimizing time and communication, serving as a trusted liaison across the leadership team and internal and external stakeholders. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience supporting Executives, preferably in a high-growth organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Maintain an active Notary license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and triage communication on behalf of the executive.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all necessary parties.
  • Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set regarding company matters, including advance distribution of materials before meetings in electronic/paper format.
  • Help the executive manage a complex and confidential email account, deleting junk, accepting, declining, and deleting unnecessary items for the executive's review (“thank you†, etc.), and flagging items of importance.
  • Organizing and coordinating conference calls/video conferences.
  • Be a brand ambassador for the Aprio Fundamentals.
  • Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate or necessary.
