The company, headquartered in Nantes, France, employs more than 1,500 people in over ten different countries around the world POSITION SUMMARY: Assist the Site Management Team with various administrative duties, including meeting planning, travel arrangements, and general administrative support.

Requirements

Proficient use of computer and software including Microsoft Office – MS (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); Adobe Acrobat; Photoshop; scanning, faxing and other various software packages.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Good attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written skills, strong ability to communicate.
Highly capable and knowledgeable of dealing with customers, and liaison with various service providers with regard to business requirements.
Bilingual in Spanish verbal and written.
3-5 years administrative experience, highly developed PC skills, proven people skills.
Employee must be eligible to receive deemed exports as defined by U.S. Export Administration (“EAR”) or EAR-controlled technology.

Nice To Haves

Undergraduate preferred. Will accept experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Make Travel arrangements as required for the site.
Establish and maintain Site Management files and records as needed.
Coordinate the planning, organizing, and preparation of confidential briefings, meetings, travel arrangements, schedules, various reports, projects, legal and general correspondence
Provide administrative support for the Site Management Team members.
Provide administrative support for the HSE and Facilities Manager.
Maintain ADP Employee Hours and required reports.
Update Training Records.
Assist in the planning and organization of Industry Conventions and Congresses.
Assist with special projects as required.
Provide administrative support at company events & industry conventions (Off-site)
Perform other related duties as necessary.
