Keysight Finance is looking for a resourceful, highly organized Executive Assistant with strong skills in Microsoft Office and experience with enterprise business applications to support three Finance Vice Presidents, including our Principal Accounting Officer. Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Controller, Principal Account Officers, and VPs of Enterprise Finance and Business Finance at our Santa Rosa, CA headquarters
  • Generate new purchase orders, prepare revisions, and report accruals as requested
  • Scan and deposit vendor checks and process miscellaneous refunds that require booking instructions
  • Submit Concur reimbursement checks from employees and complete bank deposits
  • Perform confidential administrative duties using knowledge of organization policies and practices
  • Schedule and arrange appointments, interviews, meetings and travel itineraries
  • Establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with our external auditors, providing support that includes site access badging, room reservations, arranging equipment, etc.
  • Coordinate and schedule various meetings, including cross-functional meetings in support of our finance quarter-end close and reporting processes
  • Maintain and update content for various Finance intranet websites
  • Onboard new hires and transfers
  • Open, route mail, and upload vendor invoices to SharePoint site
  • Manage office supplies, maintain email distribution lists, and provide access to shared drives
