Your Impact As an Executive Assistant at Axon, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders across our Services and Support organization, helping them operate at their best while supporting teams delivering products and services directly to our customers.You’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate global travel, and orchestrate meetings and events that keep leadership teams aligned and operating efficiently across a highly cross-functional environment. This role offers a unique vantage point across Axon’s customer delivery ecosystem, giving you visibility into how our products, services, and teams come together to support customers around the world. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping anticipate priorities, manage competing demands, and ensure leaders can focus on the decisions and work that move the business forward. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and always thinking a few steps ahead—anticipating needs, solving problems early, and continuously improving how work gets done. You’re also curious about new tools and technologies, including AI, and excited to use them to streamline workflows and elevate how teams operate.
