Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting a CEO, founder, or C-suite executive in a corporate or high-growth environment
  • Strong experience managing complex calendars, inboxes, travel, and scheduling at a high level
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write in another person’s voice
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with strong follow-through
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and ability to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environments
  • Experience using modern tools and AI to improve efficiency and output
  • Ability to remain composed and solutions-oriented during high-pressure or rapidly changing situations

Responsibilities

  • Calendar architecture and strategic scheduling ownership, ensuring all time aligns with company priorities and protecting deep work and recovery blocks
  • Inbox triage and first-read filtering, including responding on behalf of the CEO, drafting communications, and escalating only what requires attention with clear recommendations
  • Monitoring and managing digital presence across platforms, identifying and resolving potential reputation risks quickly
  • Owning logistics and execution for events, offsites, speaking engagements, and cross-functional projects tied to the CEO
  • Coordinating sensitive operational matters across legal, finance, and HR stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Managing both professional and personal coordination points to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
