King County Metro Transit’s Rail Division has an exciting Special Duty Assignment (SDA) opportunity for a high-performing, experienced, and self-motivated Executive Assistant (Executive Secretary/Assistant I). We are looking for a highly skilled dedicated Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Division Director’s office of the Rail Division. This role requires exceptional professionalism, and the ability to manage/handle confidential information and time sensitive priorities with efficiency. We are looking for a strong community builder with a deep sense of emotional intelligence, with humility and care fostering collaboration and connection with people.
