About The Position

Reporting to the President, the Executive Assistant will support the senior executives in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Identify and address the needs of senior leadership and perform administrative tasks to meet Engineered Advisory goals. He/She must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, while also maintaining a sense of calm in a variety of high-pressure situations. In addition to being organized, analytical, strategic, and resourceful, he/she must possess strong business judgment, high attention to detail and communication skills, and the ability to interact with a variety of people. Enthusiasm, creativity, and resourcefulness are crucial, as is a high level of professional integrity and confidentiality. Candidates must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States.

  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision required
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or
  • Five (5) to Seven (7) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of sales CRM and Project Management software; Office365 suite
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee is required to sit for extended periods of time; reach with hands and arms. Because this job is performed in a home office work environment, it is the employee’s responsibility to create a work space that will not promote injuries to the body; such as, back, wrist, neck, eyes, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate the needs of and proactively provide high-level executive administrative support to the President and COO.
  • Track tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization with respect to deadlines and organizational changes
  • Prepare quarterly reports on Sales Activities vs plan.
  • Manage President’s logistics
  • Access, review, prioritize, triage, and respond to inbound communications to the President
  • Manage a complex ever-changing calendar and schedule, that involves different locations / time zones / priorities / requests
  • Maintain good relationships with internal/external partners
  • Prepares agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for meetings as required. Maintain electronic files in a neat and orderly system
  • Manage highly sensitive and confidential relationships with high profile individuals
  • Arrange, coordinate, and troubleshoot complicated travel arrangements and logistics that are often constantly in motion; ensure President is aware and updated of itinerary changes during travel and prepared upon arrival
  • All other duties as assigned

Benefits

  • Salary: $50k - $60k per year
