Executive Assistant

Ernst Brothers•Plymouth Township, PA
•$85,000 - $100,000

About The Position

Behind Every Great Leader Is Someone Like This. Some people answer phones and keep a calendar. Others become the one person a busy leader - and two growing companies - truly can't operate without. The one who anticipates the need before it's spoken, protects what's confidential, and makes sure nothing important ever falls through the cracks. At Ernst Brothers and Bluebell Fine Cabinetry & Design, we believe our Managing Partner, and the two firms he leads, deserve exactly that kind of person. We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives on structure, takes ownership of the details, and finds genuine satisfaction in being the calm, capable center of a busy operation. This isn't a job where you're simply answering emails and filing paperwork. It's an opportunity to be trusted with the details that keep two respected companies - and the people who lead them - running smoothly every single day. For nearly 40 years, Ernst Brothers has built some of the region's finest custom homes and renovations. Bluebell Fine Cabinetry & Design brings that same craftsmanship indoors, creating cabinetry as thoughtful as the homes it lives in. Together, we've earned our reputation through uncompromising quality, genuine relationships, and a team that cares about doing things the right way.
