About The Position

This role is the operating system for revenue leadership, managing the CRO's time, priorities, and key operational cadences. It requires an AI-forward individual who can rebuild workflows and leverage automation. The position involves managing email, calendar, travel, preparing for meetings, owning the revenue operating cadence, supporting board and executive reporting, anticipating needs, and upgrading workflows with AI tools.

Requirements

2+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite strongly preferred), ideally in a fast-moving SaaS or tech environment.
Agility and precision: ability to move fast without dropping details.
Actively use AI tools in work today and have experience automating or rebuilding workflows, with bonus points for AI involvement.
Forward and backward thinking: instinctively work backwards from deadlines and forwards from patterns.
Discretion: ability to handle sensitive information and confidential conversations.
Clear, warm, and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Run the CRO's rhythm, managing email, calendar, and travel with judgment and prioritization.
Protect time for key revenue-driving activities like customer meetings, late-stage deals, and team coaching.
Prepare for customer and prospect meetings by pulling account context, recent activity, and team notes into a concise brief.
Own the revenue operating cadence, including scheduling and coordinating forecast calls, pipeline reviews, sales leadership meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
Track action items from meetings and ensure their completion.
Lead logistics and planning for sales events, and support the CRO at conferences and customer events.
Assist in assembling revenue sections of board decks and leadership updates, setting timelines, and chasing inputs from sales leaders.
Anticipate future needs and potential issues, such as end-of-quarter crunches or travel conflicts, and proactively prepare the CRO.
Upgrade existing workflows by integrating AI tools and automation.
